How long is my order get shipped?
Every customer order usually takes 3-5 business days to process, due to order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
If you did not receive your shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us, our goal is to deliver customer satisfaction.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his/her shopping experience with us.
What is the cost of shipping?

How long does shipping time take?
Due to our shipping partner and warehouse location, our customers orders usually take on average 5 to 7 business days once shipped to the United States, 10 to 14 days for international delivery. This doesn't include our 3-5 processing days.
Note: The shipping time can be vary depending on the package, customs delays, holidays and other delays.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email comes along with shipping confirmation and shipping tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For our shipping partner, it usually takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For some logistical reasons and our warehouse location, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
What shipping information do I need to provide?
We only ship to confirmed order addresses. You must provide the correct shipping address.
How will I know when my items are shipped?
An email confirmation will be sent to you along with applicable tracking number.
What about customs, duty fees, and tariffs?

Return & Refund

However, sometimes things can go wrong when you end up with a defective product or a missing part. We want our customer to be happy and have a fair return policy
To complete your return, you are required to send us your order number and proof of purchase.

To be eligible in return
We only accept return for exchange or replacement of damaged/faulty good. Every product receives in good condition will not eligible for return or refund.
What about if I received damaged/faulty good?
If you received an item that is defected, damaged or faulty we will accept your return and replace the item at no additional cost to you.
Please contact us within 48 hours if you received damaged/faulty product as we want to solve your problem as soon as possible.
We can offer you replacement or exchange at no additional cost (we bear the return shipping cost ) if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty and damaged or soiled upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item (size, style, color) to you.
- Parcels/Packages that are lost in transit.
Note: Please ensure that all the shipping address information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening.

How can I return or exchange damaged/faulty good?
1. You will have 3 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date you received the item. If the item is in your possession for more than 3 days, we will be considered the item has been used and we will not issue a refund, return or replacement to you.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that item received in good condition will not eligible for return.
3. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, reason for the return, and your order number.
If you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges or Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for other items, send us an email along with your order number at email@example.com and we will guide you steps by steps through discussion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
